Runfiles adalah sekumpulan file yang digunakan oleh target saat runtime (bukan saat build).
Jangan melakukan hard code jalur runfile. Objek tersebut berisi nama repositori kanonis, tetapi format nama repositori kanonis adalah detail implementasi yang dapat berubah kapan saja.
Gunakan salah satu library runfile khusus bahasa untuk mengaksesnya:
File yang dapat dieksekusi umumnya dirujuk oleh rlocationpath dalam bentuk
$REPO/package/file dengan $REPO adalah
nama repositori yang terlihat.
Sebagian besar library runfile (lihat di bawah) mendukung fungsi untuk menentukan repositori target yang sedang dieksekusi, yang berguna untuk merujuk ke file lain dalam repositori yang sama. Banyak aturan Bazel mendukung

untuk menerjemahkan dari target ke rlocationpath dengan menggunakan
notasi $(rlocationpath //package:target).
